Ingredients
1 lb green beans, with ends cut off
2 Tbsp butter
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
Kosher salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add in garlic and onions and saute until translucent. Add green beans to skillet and stir fry until they turn bright green.
Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper to pan and cover with a tight-fitting lid, leaving a small crack for steam to escape.
Reduce heat and let cook for about 30 minutes, or until most of the liquid evaporates.
