Ingredients
14 oz can diced tomatoes
10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 one jalapeno, chopped
Handful of cilantro, chopped
Juice of one lime
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
