Creamy Lemon Dressing

Ingredients

Grated zest of one lemon

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 glove garlic, minced

1/4 cup mayonaise

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions 

1. • Whisk together lemon zest, juice, garlic, and mayo. Gradually whisk in olive oil until combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
   • Serve over romaine lettuce.
